Building Permit Application
The City requires a permit and that permit must be visibly posted 7 days before work begins.
Many construction and home renovation projects require a permit. A few common projects requiring a permit include and are not limited to:
- New homes
- Additions
- Decks
- Patio covers/pergolas
- Porches
- Garages and carports
- Fence
