Lock & Dam 12 is located in downtown Bellevue. The Corps of Engineers built a visitor mezzanine in the Fall of 2022 with an entrance through the municipal parking lot. The mezzanine area is open to the public and includes an overlook of the lock, covered picnic tables, and a fenced in green grass area.
