An applicant is eligible for reimbursement of 50% of the cost of a tree(s) up to a maximum of $200.00 per year per property. Applicant must place a flag/marking on the property where the potential tree will be located and return completed form.
The Bellevue Municipal Utility Superintendent will verify that the location and type of tree planted conforms to the objective of planting trees to improve energy efficiency. Generally, the tree should shade the residence and should not be planted on the north side of the property.
Applicants must apply for rebates within six (6) months of the purchase date (as shown on the Applicant’s invoice). Applicants whom have applied previously may apply again.
